• On-line registration is highly recommended at the website and the registration request via email and fax will not be accepted.
• Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of discounted registration fees.

Registration Fees

• The registration fee includes - Admission to all sessions, Access to Exhibition area, Program Book, Coffee Breaks & Lunch.
• Presenter from Overseas will be reimbursed the registration fee at the onsite.
  For the Resident/Trainee/Nurse/Student, please submit an appropriate document to the Secretariat
  (info@kshf-sessions.org) to prove your status.
• If on-line registration is not available, please contact the Congress Secretariat at info@kshf-sessions.org.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (info@kshf-sessions.org).
• All refunds will be made after the meeting.
• All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
• Please refer to the above cutoff dates for cancellation.
• Cancellation after October 6, 2017: No Refund
